About us
We created bud because we couldn't find good M&A advisors to sell our own
agency.
We realized that both investment banking and financial agents were unable to understand the dynamics and intricacies of the advertising industry.
We've had our own agencies for over 20 years; one of our partners was president of the International Advertising Association for eight years. We've bought, sold, and merged agencies; and, most importantly, we've experienced the aftermath of Earn Out.
We are part of the industry and we want to share this experience with our colleagues.
